ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: new construction of 5,980 square foot administration / training building
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Cole County Fire Protection District, 5206 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109 until 12:00 noon central standard time, Friday, January 20, 2012 for the new construction of the administration / training building.
Bids received later then 12:00 noon on Friday, January 20, 2012 will not be considered. All bids shall be submitted on the prescribed bid forms and in the manner stated in this advertisement. Bids must be submitted in a sealed enveloped with the outside clearly marked “sealed bid”.
The construction of the new 5,980 SF wood frame administration/training building single story with seconded level open unfinished area. Major bid systems in the facility include: rough carpentry labor, ceiling materials and installation, drywall materials and installation, and roof and/or walls & sheet metal materials and installation.
Contractors may obtain plans and specifications from the Cole County Fire Protection District Administration Office location at 5206 Monticello Road Jefferson City, MO 65109 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. The Board of Directors of the Cole County Fire Protection District reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in the bidding and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
